She promptly called to discuss status and any questions and displayed the highest level of professionalism - while making me feel like a very valued customer and not just another number. Veronica in your collision center was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to coordinate my routine service and collision repair and kept me updated on the progress. The car appears to be repaired well.
My only suggestion is don't use so much scent in the vehicles when you clean them. I had to drive home with the windows open because the cleaner or air freshener used on the interior was so overpowering.
