Nick was very professional and courteous! It was an unfortunate situation(an accident), but I was not disappointed with the service, and the end result was quite impressive! He kept me in the loop as much as possible. Not once when I called (and I did often) did he ever make me feel like anything other than a valued customer! This is actually my 2nd time working with the DM collision center... The first time, they did everything they could for me- and eventhough that car ended up being totaled, I bought my next car from the dealership because of the customer service I had! Thank you!
