I have to bring the truck in on wed to buff out 3 areas that were missed on the second time it was worked on. my thing is this your a state of the art center how is it that when I have found a problem with the job whoever gets to work on the truck doesn't go the extra mile to check check dubble check the complete job so I don't have to keep finding areas that were missed ? My motto is do it right the first time and you'll have a happy customer !

The repairs took longer than expected, and that's fine, but we repeatedly tried to make contact to get updates and did not succeed. Sometimes we were promised a call back that we did not get. Other times we got voice mail and did not receive a return call. Service was not prompt and we had to get pushy, which I hate to do, but found I had no other recourse. You can say you want to provide excellent customer service, but you actually have to follow thru.
Please do not have Nicholas call me. I don't want to talk to him again.

I love the texting feature. It was a good feeling to get daily updates on the status of my car repairs. Hector was especially helpful. When I could not get through to
