The emblem was left off the repaired bumper and it was lost causing me to make a additional trip to have it put back on 3 days later when the part came in...Also when I picked the car up the rear bumper had marks on it that had to be detailed out and the interior door was dirty with hand prints and smudged up.

I'm very happy with the services that you all gave me and I would definitely bring my car back there again. My husband said we pick the best place to take the car for repairs because David Moss is the best.????????

Wendy was professional and pleasant. She responded to my calls in a timely manner. She kept me updated regarding the progress. The service people (technicians) did a great job. I’m especially happy to be back in my own beautiful GMC Acadia after a week in a rental. Thanks for the excellent work to repair the damage done by a hit and run done to my parked unoccupied car.

As always before, the service at David Maus was amazing. Whether I come in to David Maus for service or, like this week, collision repair, I know I will leave having been treated like a respected friend. Whichever service I need is handled with care by service providers who are skilled, knowledgeable and trustworthy. This visit I interacted with Jacob in COLLISION REPAIR. Jacob is a sweetie! I am a sceptical grandma-person and Jacob was awesome. He explained what needed to be done and the steps to be taken and he did so with kindness and respect. When there was a problem with the part ordered, Jacob took care of it and soothed my concerns. We rescheduled and everything happened exactly as he promised it would. If you go in for help with body repairs, ask specifically for JACOB! I’m sure there other well-trained specialists who (I’m certain) would do a good job for you, but I know Jacob so I can speak to his awesomeness! A day after my visit I got a call from MICHELLE to do follow-up on my service...WOW...what a fun and encouraging call. She made me feel like a member of the family at David Maus, an important customer and was well worth her time—no rushing or cutting corners on the follow-up. I hung up believing that this business cares about my needs and concerns; I DID NOT HEAR the too familiar sound of “sucking up” to get my business, instead I heard the tone I always hear at David Maus Toyota: professional-caring-kind. This was a great visit. Thank you!
