I was kept updated to the process of getting my car repaired and it looked awesome when I got it back.

Melissa was extremely helpful from the time I arrived . She jumped roughy up walknout to my car looked it over asked me to make sure I had everything I needed for my week without my car. She went in and had one of the guys drive me to hertz rental so I didn’t have to wait. She offered me coffee. The gentlemen that drive me was very nice made me feel good on the way to the rental. Melissa has text messages sent every day on update and talked to me three time herself to update me. When I went on Saturday to get my car Melissa said she would come in to make sure everything was taken care of for me and I liked the work they did. When I got there she came trifhtbout handed me the papers for the warranty and explained it. She had them bring my car around and the guy was nice and walked me around it to make sure I was happy with results. He was also very helpful. I also like the guy outside who was helping clean other car but when I arrived from the rental place he seen I was there to pick up he opened the door for me and told me to have a good day. I’m sorry I don’t remember any of the gentleman’s name but they were all great and really please recognize that guy Saturday that open the door for me all I remember was he was cleaning cars in the Geico area and when the guy came out with me to go over my car he came over and took the trash from the guy showing me my car. He just seemed so proud to be working there. So I hope you will be able to figure that gentlemen name out. I know Melissa know the two other gentlemen she had drive me and the gentlemen that showed me my car. Again all great and I hope you will recognize all of them and maybe reward them for there outstanding work they did and for your company. They all seemed proud of what they do as who they work for. Thank you again I will recommend David Maus to anyone that needs to have there vehicle done.

Jennifer Weber was the estimator who took care of me. She communicated with me and kept me informed of all the details concerning my car repair. She gave wonderful customer service. When I return to have any work done on my car I will ask for her.
