Mel in the auto body shop was awesome.
She kept me informed every step of the way.
I was not pleased with the Enterprise car rental policy. There were a lot of hidden charges. I used Enterprise in the passed and loved them. I even recommended friends and family. But now I won't.
I paid **** price per day in the past. Now there is a charge for tire wear, mileage, and the list goes on. The bill is very difficult to read and understand. I see Enterprise is making great profits and won't need my business anymore.
