The process was stream lined making it easy and convenient. The staff was friendly. I think you need to consider cleaning or replacing the waiting area furniture. I refused to sit down in them because of their filthy appearance.

Damien did a nice job but the admin staff certainly has room for improvement. They were slow & not professional. Additionally, I left voicemails for 2 separate specialists to book an appointment to get an estimate. Neither lady called me back...ever. Damien is the only one who went above & beyond to get the job done. He helped me on a walk-in basis on a Saturday since the other ladies never returned my calls. He's the only reason I may do business with David Maus again.
