So far the repair seems good, but I was annoyed by having to wait an extra week due to the employee Hector not doing the paperwork and being laid off. And then the girl at the register was trying to self-pedal it to me, and saying only good things about him. I didn't appreciate that when he made my repairs take an extra week longer than they should've, had he done the paperwork.

I was impressed that they had the repairs done so fast I took it to two other body places and they told me it would take at least a week and a half to two weeks
Car looks brand-new and almost looks like they waxed it Someone even put the trunk netting on the hooks which is great I forgot all about it

I was given updates via emails and phone calls on the progress of repairs being done. The rep Andrew was extremely kind and answered any questions I had. I am excited about my repair. But driving home I did notice the steering wheel doesn't align straight . This started when I had the accident on 4/08. But I thought by repairing the car , adding a new front right wheel , and an alignment it would have gotten fixed . By the time I made it home it was past 6pm but I will call tomorrow and check if I can bring the car back in . Thanks, Yisian F
