frist,both of your recptionist were busy but the moment i got to the desk i was greeted and politely ask what i needed, given some papers and they immediately called anthony.a little time anthony greeted me ask what he could help me with,in no time he had my estimate and even made a copy of the parts i said ok lets do it.we left the truck sunday night .anthony text me monday morning and gave me reports all through the procedure up to the point when i may pick it up.once i got there anthony took me to the truck and showed me the work and ask if ever thing was satisfactory,what could i say it look great.great job guys.THANK ALL OF YOU.

I had a great experience at David Maus Collision Center. Being that I purchased my vehicle at David Maus North I was hoping to get it repaired there. At first I was a bit skeptical about driving an hour away but I knew that if I trusted the dealership at North I could trust the Collision Center. Ed told me that my car could be repaired and not to worry that Melissa would be in contact with me. Melissa was great in keeping me updated about the repairs. When I got the message about my car being done I was over the moon excited. I went the following day to pick up and was so excited to see that my car looked good as new! I was very happy that they were even able to straighten out my license plate, since I thought I’d have to get a new one, but it looks so good that I don’t! Melissa explained everything to me about what was repaired and assured me if anything happened to come right back. I absolutely love the customer service I was given and would definitely refer anyone to David Maus Collision Center, not to mention my car looks amazing, no one would ever know that I had damage to the car. Thank you so much!
