Melissa was very informative and thorough about my repair and customer satisfaction. I’d also like to recognize your **** and the equipment they are using. I was fully expecting to see some blemishes in the areas that were impacted “fisheyes” but much to my surprise it looks as good if not better than factory. Much of this comes from the type of air compressor and water separators or lack there of some body shops may use. It’s clear in the final product that you and your team aren’t taking any shortcuts where quality is concerned. Finally I also recognize the **** because even with the best of equipment if the person behind the gun doesn’t take pride in what they are doing it will show in the finish.
