Kevin the bodyshop manager didn't take of me though. He refused to honor my 10% discount i received in the mail from Town East Ford. I spoke with Farle my salesrep and Jason O Donnell and they told me that it should not be a problem. I went to visit with Farle and Jason while they repaired my truck.
