They went the extra mile and covered a few scratches in the paint that wasn't part of the damage to be repaired. I'm very appreciative. If needed. I will be back!

David and his team were much more helpful than the clowns involved in this fiasco. Aware of my deductible not being waived, David personally called the day my car was ready so I could contact the clowns at my insurance company before picking up my car. He also handed me the keys and asked if I was satisfied. He explained the clowns at Kia had stopped printing Optima on the trunk sticker. When I told him I never liked it before he offered to have it removed within two minutes. I should have let him. He struck me as the kind of guy who'd've pulled off his cap, dropped to one knee and ripped it off with his teeth then stood up with it in his mouth, smiling, asking if that was good. Great guy!
