Although my insurance would provide me 90 days of a rental car, I personally prefer to have my own vehicle. I was referred to Towneast Collision Repair in Mesquite and I chose them, although I drive a Chevrolet, and only had Chevrolet to any and all work on my vehicle. Rick Garner, at Towneast, arranged to have the part pre-ordered, and we set a date to drop off my vehicle. He had all of the arrangements completed. It only took about 10 mins or less to check me in, get a rental car and be on my way. This was done on a Monday, about noon. Rick kept me updated in the status on my vehicle as the work was being done. The
very next day, he called me, updated me and surprised me by telling me, on the second phone call that day, that my vehicle was ready. Yay!!! Go TownEast Ford. Job well done Rick Garner. I will definitely tell people about the wonderful service you guys give!
