Process took longer than quoted which I was fine with but I know the insurance company was pushing for the car to get finished. A representative called me to inform me that the parts were all in and they were going to start paint and my car would be ready in 3-4 days. I received a call the next day letting me know my car was ready. Both bumpers have paint that was peeled up from rushing the install. I came in last week to set a date to have it fixed and was told I would get a call back that day to schedule the drop off. Still waiting on that call.
