I went to pick up my car and was met by the production manager, we went over the repairs that he wasn’t really familiar with to start off with. I complained about how the paint looked on what they had replaced or repaired and he told me that compared to the rest of the paint on my car he thought it looked pretty good. My car is a 2007 so the paint is definitely not perfect, but for him to say that it looked better than the rest of the car, was definitely rude. They replaced the passenger mirror with a broken mirror assembly and said that was the best they could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner was told by the owner that he would fix it for me and “would not let me down” so I dropped it off again for them to change the mirror and fix the painted parts on it and now when I picked it up again, the mirror is still the broken one and the paint on the parts they replaced still looks the same. The weatherstrip is not installed correctly on the door they took off and the mirror is not installed correctly either so it’s sooo noisy when I’m driving on the freeway. But Bob, the owner and the one that assured me he was going to fix the mirror and paint, literally said that’s all he could do for me as he handed me my keys and got in his truck and said to contact my insurance if I wanted anything else done. Are you kidding me?? This whole experience was ridiculous and I have never felt so disrespected like this. I’m not sure if they would’ve been more pleasant if the car was newer but regardless of that, I feel like if you’re doing the job which you are getting paid for by the insurance to do, you would want to do a good job no matter what the rest of the car looked like. Bad customer service from the writer, manager and owner.

First of all ,Theresa was wonderful to work with and then to walk outside and see my little Honda Fit looking like new again( with an incredible detail job plus new perfect bumper!) was just perfect.

One small note-- the car kind of smelled bad when I got it back. There was some kind of distinct oily or plastic smell in the passenger compartment and it took over a week to begin to dissipate. It was not pleasant. I'm not sure what that was. But it's not a big deal. Thanks.
