The repairs look better than when we drove the Honda off the lot. Very professional work. Very friendly people to work with and kept me informed on repairs.

I don't have much critical feedback other than I felt since I was dropping off my key after hours, some of the information requested on the paper envelope did not seem nessesary since you already had my claim on file. Really all you needed was my full name and phone number just in case you had other questions. Only reason I say this is because it was cold and I did not know prior to dropping off my behicle that the key drop envelope would be so involved. Otherwise service was great all around!

Everything was fantastic other than delayed delivery (would have expected more thorough analysis of mechanical issues before final alignment, but maybe that was only way wheel bearing issue could be identified - although we suspected a catastrophic issue because of the accident) and fact that car battery was dead when picked up car and had to be jumped, as well as the very weak key fob battery (as courtesy, should have mentioned that and we’d have happily paid the $8 for replacement).
Initial impression is that workmanship and repair quality were top notch. Car looks fantastic. Hoping that all mechanical issues addressed - the late discovery of wheel bearing problem has us worried on that. Communication during process was top-notch.
