This new text message update thing didn't work. I received a Text message on Wednesday 3/29 telling me that my car was almost ready and if there were any delays I'd receive a call. I didn't get another text saying it was ready and I didn't get a call about a delay. I called the next day and left a voice mail for the estimator, but I never got a call back. Today, Wednesday 4/5 I got a text that my car was ready.

Not everything was repaired that I had concerns with. My Window still has grease streaks from the door impact every time I Roll it down and up. My keyless entry still doesn't work even though I was told that it would be programmed with my replaced handle which leads me to believe this task was never even attempted. I had to have my front bumper cleaned because after I got home I saw a large amount of rubber residue in one spot followed by a trail of residue which leads me to also believe that someone rear ended another vehicle or some other machinery. I also have scratches on the lower bottom of my front bumper with white paint still embedded in it. Thank goodness no dents but obviously it was damaged at some point. Honestly I feel like I will just get told to prove it happened while in the shops possession so I don't expect to get anywhere on these issues. Ironically the one thing I can't voice a concern with is the cosmetic work that I did need repaired. Many times I was told that due to being short staffed my vehicle would take longer to complete basically 23 days for a 7 day quote 10 day max. I'm just frustrated that now my front bumper has nicks and paint transfer when I didn't have that issue bringing it in so eventually I will have to pay another deductible to remedy that issue. I will give absolute Kudos to the individuals that I spoke with on the phone through the duration of the body repair. I did have to call to get updates because of your staffing issues but everyone I spoke to was extremely nice. I'm not sure how CQ passed the truck since 2 of the 3 issues reported weren't done and the residue, nicks and paint transfer were visible after it was washed. I didn't notice it until I got home because I only thought to look at the area of driver side damage. Again, although I'm frustrated with my stated concerns your staff was very nice.
