I had to pay 7 days for car rental because the repairs took longer than 30 days.

I had a pleasant experience with the front desk clerks and the estimator (I didn't catch her name) who met with me when I picked up my car (but who was not assigned to my case). The work itself looks great too, which I truly appreciate. However, I never really received the customer service I was promised. I went out of my way to use your center, as it is about a 30 minute drive from my home, but I had had a good experience when I brought my car here a few years ago. I was told I would receive text messages and/or email updates throughout the process and was promised a phone call when the insurance provider had come and approved the cost of the repair. I received none of those things. I received a call from the insurance agent, but not from the collision center. I called and left a voicemail, didn't receive a call back, so called again the next day and finally received a return call from the estimator telling me my car was ready. I wonder if I had not called, if I would have been told in a timely manner when it was completed. I don't typically write bad reviews or surveys, but this was very disappointing, especially considering while I know it was a busy day, my estimator did not take the 2 minutes to come out, acknowledge me, give any explanation for not providing the customer service he had promised, and then sent out a different estimator (who again was very nice and helpful) to me when I picked up my car. I am a very loyal Toyota customer, but I'm going to have a pretty hard time returning if I ever need to or recommending to family and friends.

My only wish is that the text showing the car is ready gets corrected. I received a text saying my car was finished and it was not actually finished until two or three days later. Thanks!
