He was friendly, clear & articulate explaining the details of my car repair & delivered the quality workmanship early in record time before the estimated date for completion!! Not only did it take 3 extra days, it was a complete hassle to get a hold of Travis. He also made a snooty comment, "oh yay my favorite person" when i was finally able to get him on the line. I didn't want to get my car done faster; I simply wanted a TRUE update. Not only did I have a bad experience brought it, but I ALSO received my "brand new" hood with a small DENT in it. Completely unacceptable; however, due to the lack of good customer service, I'm choosing to choose my battles, & this isn't one of them. I'll keep the dented hood but thought you should know I will never in a million years give you guys even **** star.
