It’s almost impossible to speak with someone (ie in a meeting, at lunch, etc.) That’s not great but what I find really aggravating is that no one will return calls. While the portion of the repair that was completed was well done, the repair was not entirely finished and no one has the courtesy to contact me.

I would like to see the anchor bolts for the bed of the truck covered in rhino shield or whatever it is called just like they were when the truck went in to the shop. Also, from Day **** I have asked for information concerning a bumper problem that occurred prior to the current incident. If I have an email that has gotten lost, I will apologize, but to my knowledge I have still not received an estimate after asking on 4-5 occasions.
