The car battery was completely dead and had to be jumped. Left a couple messages for Tim to return the call. But no return call throughout the day. I had to jump the car with a friend and get it dropped off for them to replace the battery. Overall they were very polite and courteous when I was able to talk to them. They did resolve my issue when I came in.

It took way to long and there was no clear timeline or communication. They kept setting and end date and the date was never met. When I called there was a lot of miss communication on where my car was in the process or even where it was. The final result was not up to standards my car was returned with missing parts that were there when I turned it in and still some mechanical problems like the tire pressure light on. When I brought it up they said it was probably the sensor now forcing me to go back once again to get such things fix. Very very disappointed with the service.

Ultimately, my experience was good but there were a few hiccups. CC rescheduled my first appointment. I didn't get any information on my car for 4 business fays. They did not return my phone call until I called back. Took 15 days for repairs. Staff were nice and were apologetic.They also waived my deductible for the inconvenience. I would give CC another try.
