The entire staff & my service advisor Jorden were all so helpful & friendly. They kept me informed of the status of my car every step of the way. They repaired my car to like new condition & even got me back on the road 3 days earlier than scheduled. Very satisfied customer.

The car looked great and I am very pleased with how it looked. The only reason that I selected “no” had to do with a pretty serious safety issue that wasn’t addressed while the car was in the shop. My windshield was shattered as a result of being struck by a metal plate at highway speeds. There were glass fragments throughout the car. The reason I chose to get the windshield replaced at the body shop rather that a mobile repair service was that I wanted to be sure that all the glass fragments were removed, to include the vents. When I checked the car into the shop, Alexis assured me that they remove all the glass from the vents by running the system on high for a long time. Jordan also told me that the shop cannot release the car to me unless the shop was certain all the glass was removed as it was a liability issue for the shop. The other evening, I was driving home at night after an unusually cold, wet day in Arizona. The windshield began to fog so I turned on the defrosters. I was shocked to feel a shower of glass coming from the vents. I immediately turned the defrosters off. When I got home and pulled into my garage in the light, I could see the dash was covered in glass fragments. Luckily, me or my passengers did not get glass in our eyes. The next day, standing outside the car, I ran the defrosters on high for 15 minutes to get the remaining glass fragments out. I vacuumed up the glass from the dash and other areas. I did report this to the shop and the Director, Bobby.

Initially spoke with Lexi who gave me quote—she is very knowledgeable! Excellent customer service from everyone I met, Lexi regularly kept me informed as work was being done, courtesy driver took me home & picked me up within 15 mile radius. Best of all quote was reasonable and fair, final bill as quoted and quick getting parts for repair. I was totally satisfied. I definitely recommend!!!!!

The car took less time that initially anticipated and the rep was on constant communication with me about updates which I appreciated very much.
