Your staff made a tough situation as painless as possible. The repairs were made quickly and properly. Liaison with USAA and Enterprise was done very efficiently, and made the process very easy for the customer (me). All in all, superior service in every aspect.

Tim was exceptional in managing the process from the beginning to the end. He coordinated with Joe Delapa for the special finish to my car; which required a car wash prior to application - I stated I would come for the car to wash it & he dtTed they would wash the car. He not only had the car beautifully washed, exceptionally detailed inside and out - the person who performed this task has excellent attention to detail & pride in their work.
The person who repaired the damage was truly exception-One would never know as the fender & part were so perfectly matched seamlessly. The ****
likewise matched the color perfectly as well as when I ran my hand over the area it was as smooth as glass-not a blemish could be felt.
I hope not to be back, but I would never anywhere else for collision repair.
