It was a horrible experience, they are removed my Prius bottom cover but never put it back and informed same to Tommy but never received any updates so who is responsible for this loss ?. Secondly, they took so long that our rental car was also expired and they made mistake in the color too so they repainted again. It was such horrible experience!

Sonny Tran was an excellent service associate. He faithfully called me weekly to give me a status update. Since my car was serviced from March 1st until mid May that mean I talked to him on a regular basis. The supply chain was a nightmare, but that had nothing to do with Toyota of Dallas’ service.
My car is running beautifully and I am very pleased! The best news is that I paid it off.
I would definitely recommend Toyota of Dallas service-I feel as if I have a brand new car.
