Awesome job all around! Robert in collision was very open, honest and responsive in all our communications which really helped ease my mind during the extensive repair process. By way of customer service, Robert went way above and beyond and even worked out a creative solution for replacement tires that were hopelessly back ordered. He and the staff in collision were exceptionally courteous and professional throughout the entire process. When I had my car towed to Toyota of Dallas I didn't think it could ever be restored to its pre-accident condition, but now it looks and drives almost as good as new. I could not be happier with the result. Thank you all so much for all your hard work to save my car!

Not happy. The trim on the side you worked on was NOT painted, and one end of the trim is sticking up! It was not properly adhered. I didn't expect sloppy work at that price. When canyou fix it December 16 - 18 while we wait?? Sydney M
