Everyone at Van was professional and amazing to work with. The team kept me informed of the status of the repair from beginning to end, not to mention what a great job was done on the repair. My best experience EVER with with a collision center. Hopefully I won't need one in the future, but if I do, it will be Van! My thanks to the entire team!

Text updates were wildly inaccurate. I.e. Informed me would be ready 5/3/16. Was ready 4/25/16. Also received a text on 4/26/16 that it was 52% complete & **** he later a text that I had picked it up. Text updates were not helpful & staff made light of their inaccuracy, I.e. "It's just a computer thing".
