the email updates were nice, except they told me to expect it to take more than 15 days to fix my car. fortunately, it only took 3 days, which is exactly what the guy at the repair shop told me. don't send updates on how things are going if they are not correct.

Very good quality and kept me informed all the way. The reason for the "no" is that the repair work was quoted st around 1200 and the final bill was nearly 2000. I was not called to approve nor was the insurance company notified I was told. This is not professional or ethical to do work that was not authorized for the higher amount. Thank you
