Front shop experience with Larry and other staff was/is absolutely great. Communication was frequent, professional, and detailed. Unfortunately my dissatisfaction pertains to lack of attention to detail. Upon picking up vehicle, it was noticed, front license plate bracket was not re-installed on new front bumper cover, requiring a return trip to retrieve it the next day. Vehicle exterior was not washed and interior rubber mats had dirt from technicians shoes, I.E. shop materials, polishing compound, etc. Once vehicle was washed by me, I am able to see that windshield has chemical/paint over-spray that will require chemicals, polishing, or clay to remove. For a vehicle to be in possession of a luxury branded body shop, (Volvo, Infiniti, Cadillac), for 13 days, 2 of which it remained finished awaiting me to return from out of town, I expected higher QA. I would like to reiterate the experience initial estimate, drop off, front office staff, follow up communication, insurance processing all was wonderful.

Overall experience was great. Everyone I worked with was friendly and when I asked questions I was able to get answers.
The work looks great. The only issue I have is that I specifically mentioned that the trunk started sticking after the accident. It worked flawlessly prior to the accident. It seems like the part of the body where the trunk lid meets the bumper was not completely aligned and the trunk lid still sticks rather than popping open as it should. Before the accident, I could still open the lid with both my hands full. Now I need to use at least one hand to fully open the trunk.
That is the only issue I had. Other than that, I think the work and communication were great.
