Was quoted a new tailgate to replace my damaged one. When I picked up the truck, they had instead installed a very worn used tailgate that had been repainted, poorly. I waited two weeks for the proper new part to be ordered and prepared. After two weeks of delays, I got a refund and will never step foot in this dealership again. Incredibly disappointed with the body shop and their dishonesty.

Communication for the past 5 months has been terrible. I understand parts may be on back order for a short amount of time but its been 5 months. Also letting the customer know without customer calling and leaving a ton of messages could be better.

Jorge and I talked about replacing the windshield that was cracked in the accident and it was not replaced. I’ve called Jorge on Thursday at 11:45 and I haven’t had a call back. The hood isn’t in line and needs to be adjusted, the trim piece over the front right tire needs to be replaced as well.

Your team screwed up dealing with Progressive. I was prepared to make a payment for my deductible but was assured there was no charge for the work. Now, your accounts team is reaching out to me and asking for a credit card authorization??? I have brought my car for work at Joe Meyers twice. I live inside the loop and go out of my way to get to you guys. I am going to pay what your accounting team is asking for, but that is the end of my business relationship with Joe Meyers. I was actually going to take my vehicle for service there this weekend, but will now visit one of the other MANY Toyota dealerships in town. I had previously been singing your praises. Now you've lost a loyal customer.
