Riley was super helpful and professional. I was very impressed with the repair to my Honda. It was better than I ever imagined and my car coming back to me cleaned and even smelling like a new car was exceptional. I will keep this location in mind in future repairs.

We were satisfied with how the car turned out. It took less time than the estimated time, and the customer service was excellent all around. The only thing that we were not happy about was how our car started running differently AFTER the accident but we were told that that was a problem on its own before. Other than that everything was great! Thanks

The reps Riley and Lydia kept in touch with me every step of the way I received updates everyday from Riley he kept me in the loop every little detail that came up I was notified, he answered all my questions reassured me that everything was on schedule talked me through everything step by step what was going on with my vehicle!!!! I am a repeat customer because of the is team at bell collision I will never trust my vehicles to another company I am without a doubt 100% completely satisfied customer of bell collision!!!

The hood has several specs of debris imbedded into the paint. These debris are raised in a couple spots (rough feeling by hand). Appears the paint was not strained or the spray gun was dirty or had dried paint on the spray tip that dislodged during application. Paint obviously was not sanded prior to clear coat to eliminate imperfections as displayed in your office. There are very small dimples in the paint surface where there was previously a rock chip in the paint that was not filled/smoothed correctly. Although the dimples are minute (seen at night under light), as the pint continues to cure and shrink, they will appear greater. The headlights appear to be reconditioned (not new); the headlights have swirl marks on the covers from obvious sanding/polishing/buffing. There are minute very small (hard to notice) specs/nicks on the lenses. Driver headlight has scratches. There is finger prints on the chrome under the sealed clear lense cover (drivers side), obvious sign of disassembly and reconditioning. I made it very clear that I didn’t want reconditioned lights, I will pay the difference for new headlights. Fog light lenses appear to be reconditioned as well. There are scratches in the lenses. There is a straight line across the roof of my car from what appears to be from masking tape and overspray or very strong tape residue that dried in the sun? There was dried up buffing residue on the headlights, fog lights, and multiple other areas that is hard to remove. Dried up **** buffing residue on my headlight switch that was hard to remove. There is armor all on my wheels which if it is on my wheels, then also made it onto my brake rotors (over spray). Not good for brakes, causes them to over heat and wheels collect dirt very fast with armor all on them. Appreciate the effort and detailing but, not what I’m looking for. Need more time and effort on proper clean up, correct and agreed upon repairs.
