The automated email reminders from Bell Collision are totally inaccurate. On 4/****/19 at 9:09am, I received an email message stating that my vehicle repairs would be completed on 4/24/19 at 5:30pm. On 4/****/19 at 3:42pm, I received another message from Bell Collision that the vehicle repairs were completed and it was ready to be picked up. That confusion resulted in a conflict with my insurance company related to the coverage on the rental vehicle. The reminder system needs some serious improvement.
