Trailer hitch cap was missing. Rep said he would speak to Geico and never did. Also rear axle is leaking oil and never did prior to bringing it in for repair. Not sure what was done to vehicle paperwork originally said repairs needed were 3+k and then was reduced. Asked the shop waht that was and never recived a detailed answer other than adjuster from Geico did not agree with shops analysis.
