I was incredibly satisfied with the professionalism of both the trophy nissan collision repair team and the enterprise car rental services. I received my vehicle within a timely manner as expected from the estimated date. I was also constantly updated with any changes to the repairs via phone calls and text messages. Dustin, the advisor who assisted me provided excellent customer service.

I have to commend our Trophy Nissan service advisor, Dustin, for keeping us informed every day of the status of the repair of our 2010 Xterra. Dustin displayed exceptional customer service skills and I was impressed with his daily update by the emails and his voice mails and also that our Xterra was fully repaired a day early than the expected date. Trophy Nissan Collision Service Center is an excellent center with exceptional employees.
