The cheerful greeting and positive attitude of the girls at the front desk was good. The same positive and compassionate responses of the agent that handled the job was satisfying to me. Even when the news was not to my liking she smoothed it over with her caring attitude. The work seems like it will hold up for a long time also.

Yesenia is amazing!!!! Her customer service was definitely top notch.
After dealing with a very stressful situation with the other insurance, I was transferred to her. In about an hour or 2 she had my car picked up and called to follow up every time there was something done.
