Not only were your technicians unwilling to look at the full extent of the damage of my vehicle, but had complete disregard for my property.
When I received my car for another opinion, not only did they shove my bumper into the back seat scratching up the window and inside of the car, but they lost parts they took off in the process!

This is the second time I've had to bring a vehicle in to Trophy Nissan for repairs (or to have it totaled out). I've dealt with Jeremy Flowers both times and my experience with him was amazing. He made sure I was in the loop with everything, answered my questions and listened to my expressed disappointment and frustration when my first vehicle was totaled out then helped me to get hooked up with a rental through my insurance company as well as a new vehicle from your new/used car lot. He is truly an asset to your team.
