I wished the shop would have been more communicated I left a couple of messages to call me back instead I had to find out my truck was a total loss by a great person in front of the shop when I was thinking my truck would be repaired not a total loss , but that is here in there hope it doesn’t happen to no one else.

There was zero communication throughout the process unless I called to check in, which resulted in vague updates of my car being in the paint shop. I did receive a phone call where my vehicle was ready to be picked up in which the admin informed me that my total was double what the estimate was. This was an absolutely frustrating experience.

The repair team in the office, Sal(I believe that was his name - apologies if I got it wrong) and the whole team were kind during a very stressful time. They helped me find a car rental and worked alongside my insurance adjustor to help me get a car so I could still take care of my mom. Thank you!!!!!
