I originally bought my car at Reliable and came back for the repairs because I've received nothing but great service so far. No surprise that the collision center was just as wonderful to work with. The representatives were extremely kind, explained the process to my understanding, kept me WELL updated (I didn't have to call and inquire myself), and had it back before the promised date. All in all that's a Win.
Also, I appreciate the fact that my rental was called as I got there. So efficient for my wait time.
