Austin was great. Super nice and helpful. The texting was nice but not very reliable. Switched to my husband's name halfway through. Also told me my car would be ready at "3:09pm" then I had to call at 4 to get an update. Picked my car up on Friday and texted me Tuesday to say my car was picked up.
