We kept being promised the truck and it took 6 weeks to get it.
After we drove it for a day we stopped to get gas and the funnel that you put the gas in was missing. That could have been very dangerous with an open gas tank.

Still need to done or repair something not done perfectly or well. The door handle ordered but didn’t received any call until now, the car leaking the roof when car wash not installed well and finally the truck had a sound when open. Do all three problems need to fix soon. Thanks you for asking

car was dirty when I picked it up. thought there would be a courtesy vacuum and was told Reliable doesn't do this anymore. ok but if your technician leaves dirt and crap in my car it needs to be cleaned. I've lived by "leave something better than you found it". that wasn't the case with my car.

Everything was great. They worked with insurance to make sure I wasn’t out of pocket. When the repair went a day longer than expected (nobody’s fault, just a paint issue) they took care of my rental. I was kept in the loop with daily updates, and it was way quicker than I imagined. An overall good experience.
