Customer service was terrible. Advisor never called back as promised with updates and it took way to long for a simple repair. Car was filthy with dust and overspray inside and out when picked up. Very dissatisfied.

I picked up my car with **** mile to make to a gas station. My car was very dirty from the body shop . The plastic piece on the side door was not put on. I have been trying to get in contact with Jacob the general manager have not got a response. I spoke with Maggie who was very unprofessional and very rude.

****. was a month late in delivering my car back to me - 4 different delivery dates were missed - how can someone plan around this if it's so far off? I can understand a few days, but a month?
2. gave it back to me with a cracked windshield and i dropped it off without a cracked windshield. but i couldnt even leave it to get it fixed because i didnt know how long my car would be held hostage.
3. car was not clean on the inside when i got it back
4. when i brought my next car in, they told me "we can't even give you an estimated date to have it done". That's just absurd. How can you not forecast your workflow and have estimates?
you've sent me about 3 surveys to ask now, and no one has contacted me yet. and i doubt you will now. but i guess we'll see.
