The receptionist was rude every single time I was forced to interact with her - from the day I dropped my vehicle off, to when I called to check on the status, to the day I was finally able to pick it up. The lack of customer service and professional demeanor was truly appalling.
The contact for my actual repairs was friendly and all, but he was terrible at keeping me in the loop about the progress of my car. I had to reach out to him at least four times in order to get a time estimate.
On top of that, my car was there for over a week being repaired (for a minor fender bender). The timeline was a bit long, but, honestly, I am much more annoyed with the lack of communication. If someone had kept me in the loop, I would be much more understanding.
I plan to tell my insurance company who recommended me to you that they should not continue to do so.

The person at the front desk was the most enthusiastic person I have ever seen in her job and was very confident in telling folks that ABC Nissan Collision Center can fix anything!
