I am more than 100% satisfied with my overall experience! Scott handled everything beyond my expectations, and was very professional, kind, understanding, and courteous. I had thought I had planned enough time for the turn around for my repairs to have my car back before needing to drive out of town. After his assessment, Scott was very thorough in explaining what obviously needed to be done, and what potential repairs may be needed. When I expressed my concerns about my timeline, he responded with solutions, but was clear there might be unexpected damage that may take longer than he even anticipated. While I understood in general, guarantees could not be made, especially before the damages were disassembled, Scott's diligence not only kept me informed about the proceedings, but even before I could ask for my car to be ready an hour sooner so it wouldn't conflict with my work schedule .. I was notified my car was actually ready for pickup a few days earlier than expected! Obviously, that can't always be the case, but getting to feel valued as a customer and taken care of as a person was more than I expected! And my car repairs look great, which just iced the cake for my experience, as it was even returned after a thorough car wash. I understand why USAA trusts ABC, and now I do, too! Thumbs up all around ????????

Most of the repair work was fine. Unfortunately Edition delays came from a wrong part being sent and late in the process and additional part being identified as being needed and at the same time being not readily available. Additionally the car was not returned clean there is dirt and mess and boot prints Etc in the vehicle. The inside should have been cleaned at the very least or detailed before return especially since you had the vehicle for a month.

This is the third time you guys have repaired this Tahoe....so read into that as much as you want to. We came back, twice, so....

No complaints! I was kept in contact regarding the status of my car the whole time. David was very good and seemed to really care about how good my car was looking with the repairs it needed. I also feel he went above and beyond to make sure I would be happy with the outcome. I would definitely use ABC Collision again.
