My vehicle went in for an estimate only. The repair process began without my approval. Aftermarket parts were ordered and installed without my approval. I requested only factory parts be used. Had to argue for days about this to make it happen. My vehicle was dropped off on 9/26 and not returned to me until 10/11. The vehicle was down for way too long given how minor the repair was. None of the bolts/washers were repainted and it is very easy to tell that the vehicle has been repaired as a result. You need to focus on what the customer wants instead of your insurance companies that you partner with. I will not be bringing any of my fleet vehicles to ABC for repair moving forward. Please do not contact me. Just read the comments and move on.
