The vehicle was ready a few days earlier than expected - good news. Based on my (short) ride home it appears to be "as good as new." I hope and expect it will stay that way. Well done.
One other thought - I responded to one update and commented about the time mentioned in the note. The vehicle was to be ready, the note said, at 06:00 PM. That should be either 0600, which is AM, or 1800 which is 6:00 PM. I have not yet received a response. You need to fix that.

The repair was fine, however the person who cleaned the car removed a driver heavy duty winter style rubber floor mat and did not replace it. I made a return trip to see if it was available, and it could not be found. It was no where in the vehicle. Will need to purchase a new one at about $20.

One item for improvement would be when there is a delay to be more proactive in notifying via email or phone.
