For us the experience was informative, helpful, and sincere. We had emails and phone calls keeping us updated. Even though our vehicle was in the shop for several weeks we knew they needed time to do their job and make sure it was complete. Kathy was apologetic about set backs when they occurred but we were confident they were getting our car back up in terrific working order.
