Everything looks great, staff was fairly friendly.
One complaint - I had a toy figurine in my car, I had taken pictures before and after my car repair of everything in my vehicle. A small Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle toy (Leonardo - the blue one) was missing from my car when I picked it up. This was the only thing taken from my car, but it meant a lot to me. I know I did not misplace it, as I have a picture of it the exact time I dropped my car off. I would really be happy to get this back.

Communication (via the email service) was excellent up until end. The last email word we got was that the vehicle was on schedule for completion. No other phone calls or notification that it was delayed. WE had to call in to find out it was delayed. It's like the folks there were scared to tell us bad news; we did not care - we just wanted to know what to expect so we could plan. Again on the day we actually picked up the vehicle the same thing happened. No information. WE had to call in to see if it was actually ready. My wife was diving up from Indianapolis at 4pm and it was like they did not want to deliver bad news; again, we did not care she just needed to know what she was doing. Then all of a sudden word changed that the vehicle was done.
I appreciated the status updates during the repair; particularly because it took several weeks, but you dropped the **** at the end.
Finally the vehicle looks great, it's just the customer service was not what we would have expected.
