Car repairs were great and fast. Problems with rental car. We assumed Enterprise knew this was an insurance billing since we were directed there by your representative. They billed us and oversold on insurance coverage after informing them we didn't need their coverage, they doubled up and made my husband believed what he had was just "basic coverage". Nationwide is investigating what happened with billing and why the full amount was billed to our credit card.
