Did not like the pickup protocol. When picking up my car the employee said that she had to have payment or she would have to keep the keys. I would have thought that the Insurance payment had been worked out. Poor performance on this part.

My service was for an alignment and resetting of the ESC and tire pressure monitor system on my Jetta after sliding on ice and hitting a curb. My TPMS now has an error and is not working properly. This will require me to make another appointment for diagnostics and repair.
