Found a couple of scratches. Not a big deal, but will call on Mon.

I had brought my car in initially for 2 separate accidents and quotes - the front end and the rear end. The rear end was covered by the other person's insurance while the rear end was a self-pay to start with. When I brought the car back in for work you proceeded with the insurance-covered work on the rear end (although you didn't start on it until nearly a full week after my having brought it in), but gave me a new quote for the front end 800 more than the firts quote, while telling me you had no evidence of that first quote when I clearly have a have a paper copy of it and sent it to Stacey and Mike. I had to forego the work on the front end now pending getting additional quotes from other collision repair shops.

Car was immaculate! I am very satisfied.

Communication throughout the process was very good.
