Clean friendly environment. Made everything very easy.

Saw a dent in the top of the car next to the sunroof which was left. All scratches and paint was repaired but not this noticeable small dent.

I'm real please with the job they do fixing my truck,and the Customer service was real nice. They keep me informed on the daily status of the work on the truck. Thanks to all the nice peoples I see in the office they was real helpful and very professional Thanks to all keep the good job going.

After leaving the facility, I noticed malfunction warning indications on 5 separate systems concerning vehicle safety features. Also, the air bags are indicating they are all off and I was unable to reset them. System indicates "visit a dealer" for problem resolution. Didn't see the indications until I made a stop approximately 2 miles away due to driving into the sun. Was past closing time and was unable to return this afternoon. On a positive note, the body repair work was done extremely well and looks just like original condition. All personnel I dealt with were friendly, professional, and responsive to requests and inquiries. Kathleen and Steven were both extremely helpful !! Not sure if my vehicle being a hybrid affected the outcome noted, but recommend repair techs be given additional training on hybrid vehicle electrical systems to avoid recurring problems of this nature.
